Cancellation and refund terms may vary by service type, booking size, and event format. The specific cancellation policy for a booking will be stated at the time of purchase or in the booking confirmation. If no specific policy is stated, the following default policy applies:
- More than 7 days before the scheduled session: refund of amounts paid, less any non-refundable deposit, processing fees, or administrative fees disclosed at booking;
- Between 72 hours and 7 days before the scheduled session: partial refund or credit at our discretion, unless prohibited by law or otherwise stated;

If we cancel or materially reschedule a session for reasons within our control, we will offer either a refund, rescheduling option, or service credit, as appropriate and subject to applicable law. If cancellation is due to force majeure, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, refunds or credits may be limited to the extent permitted by law and the supplier arrangements in place.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable time. Processing times may vary by financial institution.
